Return Policy
We want you to love every sip. If something is not right with your Rensolen order, we are here to help. This Return Policy explains when and how you can return a product, and what to expect from us in return.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the United States of America, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominated) received the last item in your order.
To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision by emailing info@rensolen.com before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and with all original seals intact
- In its original packaging and resale condition
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
3. Food Product Exemption
Because Rensolen sells ingestible wellness products, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. This is in line with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and standard practice for sealed food products.
If a sealed product is returned in any condition that suggests it has been opened, tampered with, or consumed, we are unable to offer a refund and the product will be returned to you at your cost.
4. How to Return a Product
- Email us at info@rensolen.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will confirm your return request and provide the return address and any instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Ship the return to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 6).
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. If the value of the returned product has decreased because of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Original shipping fees are refunded only for the standard shipping option. Expedited or upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with items that do not match what you ordered, please contact us at info@rensolen.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping where needed.
7. Subscriptions
If you purchased a Rensolen subscription, you can cancel or pause future deliveries at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel orders that have already shipped, but you may still return unopened products under the conditions above.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed food and supplement products
- Gift cards
- Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
