Welcome to Rensolen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
3. Our Products
Rensolen sells premium collagen coffee and related wellness products. We make every effort to display the colours, packaging, and ingredients of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display them perfectly. Ingredients, nutritional values, and packaging may be updated from time to time, and the information on the product itself always takes precedence.
Our products are intended as food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any medical condition before consuming our products.
4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before you confirm your order.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable
- There is an error in pricing or product information
- We are unable to authorise payment
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund you in full without undue delay.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and shipping fees depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you once the product has been delivered to the address you provided.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the price shown at checkout.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out in our Return Policy. Please note that sealed food products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in line with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
8. Warranties and Product Quality
We warrant that our products conform to the description provided and are of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery. If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within a reasonable period so we can resolve the issue.
Statutory consumer rights under Dutch and EU law remain fully in effect and are not limited by these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rensolen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, product names, images, text, and design elements, is owned by Rensolen or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
11. Your Account
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
12. Use of the Website
You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive, including attempts to access systems without authorisation, upload malicious code, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
